Any quotes or estimates provided on this website or via phone/email are subject to change based on actual weight, dimensions, fuel surcharges, and other unforeseen factors. A final rate is only confirmed once a formal service agreement or BOL is issued.
When booking shipments with us, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to tender the goods, the goods are properly packaged for transport, and they do not contain illegal, hazardous, or prohibited materials unless expressly declared and agreed upon.
Our liability for loss or damage to freight is strictly limited as outlined in our Bill of Lading and applicable federal laws (such as the Carmack Amendment). We are not liable for delays or damages caused by acts of God, weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
